Tour Description
Enjoy a Melbourne to Adelaide, Great Ocean Road, Grampians and Kangaroo Island Adventure package for 5 Days.
Our three day adventure will take you on a journey of discovery, with the breathtaking coastline of the Great Ocean Road and the hinterland of the Grampians National Park, with plenty of time to soak up the scenery and attractions. Staying overnight at iconic Cape Otway Lighthouse, mainland Australia’s oldest surviving lighthouse, you are sure to enjoy the sunset over the Southern Ocean, sunrise over Bass Strait and a campfire in a traditionally designed aboriginal shelter (weather permitting).
We travel to the Port Campbell National Park to experience the majestic Twelve Apostles and explore the historic Shipwreck Coast. In the Grampians you will experience dramatic mountain views, stunning waterfalls, as well as the rugged Australian landscape!
Camp under the stars or staying overnight in shared accommodation – the choice is yours!
Our amazing overnight locations are in completely natural settings amongst koalas and kangaroos!!
After your 3 days on the Great Ocean Road and Grampians you can choose to have 1 or 2 days off to explore Adelaide subject to availability. Accommodationin Adelaide is not included.
The Surf & Sun 2 Day / 1 night Kangaroo Island Wildlife Adventure is all inclusive of accommodation, activities, meals, transport, National Park entry fees, boat to/from Kangaroo Island, transfers and sightseeing. Activities include kayaking, hiking/bushwalking, swimming, bird of prey show, sandboarding, optional quad bike tour, nocturnal tours, wildlife viewing, sightseeing and more. Wildlife you can expect to see is Australian Sea Lions, New Zealand Fur Seals, Kangaroos, Koalas, Wallabys, Possums, Penguins, Birdlife and possibly echidnas, goanna, bandicoots, platypus and more.
Explore the Flinders Chase National Park and see Kangaroo Island sights including Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch, Vivonne Bay, Seal Bay, Pennington Bay, Prospect Hill, Stokes Bay, Penneshaw, the North, South, East and West coasts of Kangaroo Island and more in our comfortable vehicles with a maximum of 21 people.
Accommodation is either in dorm rooms or camping in swags out under the stars with all linen provided. Double upgrades are also available upon request.
